HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

  1. Reviewing, analyzing and planning designation need of human resource requirements
  2. Reviewing and implemening the restructuring of the organizational structure that involves the study of the structure, function, vision, mission and objectives based on needs of the Department

    – Recruitment, Placement, Transfer, Confirmation of Service, Pension Status, Retirement, Termination / Resignation / Job Release and Extension of Contract “
  4. Managing allowances and staff’s facilities
  5. Secretariat for Panel Pembangunan Sumber Manusia (PPSM)
  6. Administer System (HRMIS dan SPSM)
  7. Managing and planning human resources development program need based on Pelan Operasi Latihan (POL)
  8. Preparing Training Need Analysis (TNA) for staff
  9. Managing Latihan Dalam Perkhidmatan Dalam Negara dan Luar Negara Programme

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND FACILITIES DEPARTMENT

  1. Responsible for planning and implementing projects of upgrading, renovation and development of Institute
  2. Planning and executing the cleaning work by in-house and out-source
  3. Managing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing all cleaning and landscaping equipments to be in good condition and safe to use
  4. Planing, performing and monitoring regular maintenance works carried out by in-house
  5. Planning and monitoring the implementation of periodic maintenance works carried out by contractor
  6. Take action on damage complaints by staff
  7. Management inventory of intangible asset
